How This Works

Somatic Healing
You will learn body based tools that help your system feel safer. We focus on awareness, gentle tracking, and simple nervous system practices that reduce stress signals and support your body’s natural capacity to settle.
Breathwork
Guided breathwork helps you release stored tension and return to a steadier baseline. The sessions are gentle and designed to support your system without forcing intensity.
Coaching and Integration Support
You will also receive guidance to help you apply what you are learning to your real life. This support helps you stay consistent between sessions, understand your flare patterns, and build a plan that matches your capacity.
Each week builds on the last so you leave with a repeatable set of practices you can keep using long after the program ends.

Meets on Fridays at 12:30 PM MT | 60 minutes
Guided breathwork to release stored tension, restore steadiness, and reconnect with inner support.
1 Individual Somatic Session
Personalized integration and pacing support tailored to your body and your healing goals.
