My Story
When I discovered breathwork, everything shifted.
For years, I had been searching for ways to feel more balanced and connected—mentally, physically, and emotionally. In my first session, I tapped into something ancient and intuitive: the body’s natural ability to heal. That single experience opened a doorway, and I knew I had found a practice that could change lives.
Now, as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and somatic coach, I guide others through the same powerful process of reconnection.
My Approach
Healing isn’t about fixing or forcing. It’s about listening to the body’s signals, softening into awareness, and trusting what arises. Through breathwork and somatic coaching, I help you:
