What This Program Is
From Pain to Power is a six-week somatic healing container for those living with chronic pain, chronic illness, anxiety, exhaustion, or the long cycle of flare and shutdown. It is for people who are ready to slow down and listen to their bodies in a new way.
Through somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, biofield therapy, and spiritual listening, the work supports your nervous system in restoring safety, regulation, and inner coherence. Rather than pushing out of flare, the program invites a gradual return to flow by honoring what your body has been holding, and responding with presence and care.
This program is not about fixing your body.
It is about restoring relationship, trust, and choice, and reconnecting with the deeper wisdom that guides healing from within.

What’s Included
6 Group Somatic Sessions
Meets Tuesdays at 1 PM MT | 60 minutes Weekly nervous system regulation, body-based practices, and biofield-informed listening to support safety, pacing, and recovery from flares.
6 Group Breathwork Sessions
Meets Thursdays at 1 PM MT | 60 minutes Guided breathwork and meditation to release stored tension, restore steadiness, and reconnect with inner support.
1 Individual Session
Personalized one-on-one biofield therapy and somatic support focused on integration, pacing, and your unique healing path.
Digital Support Library
Short guided audios, printable tools, tracking sheets, and integration prompts to support you between sessions.
Virtual Coaching Support
Coaching guidance to help you apply the work, explore patterns, and stay connected throughout the program.
Who This Is For
From Pain to Power is for you if you are navigating chronic pain, chronic illness, anxiety, exhaustion, or cycles of flare and shutdown, and you want a compassionate, body-led approach to healing. You do not need prior experience with somatics or breathwork. Only a willingness to move slowly and listen inward.
This space is especially supportive if other approaches have felt overwhelming, aggressive, or invalidating.
It is also a good fit for people in the long return from injury or surgery, who want a tender way to come back to the body.
What This Program Is Not
- This is not about pushing through pain
- There is no forcing, fixing, or overriding your body
- You are never asked to relive or retell trauma
- You are always in choice and can pause or modify at any time

Do I need prior somatic or breathwork experience? No. Everything is guided and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Is this program intense? No. This work is gentle, paced, and regulation-focused. Nothing is forced.
Can this help with chronic pain or illness? The program supports nervous system regulation, specifically for people with chronic pain, injury, illness, or stress. It is not a replacement for medical care.
Is this a therapy program? No. This is a somatic and educational support container, not psychotherapy.
What is biofield therapy? A: Biofield therapy works with the body's energetic field, the layer that holds what has not yet moved through. Ancient traditions have honored this field for thousands of years as Qi, Prana, and Ki. Emerging research is now showing real benefits for pain, anxiety, and recovery. In this program, biofield therapy is woven into the individual and group sessions.
