This program blends group learning, breathwork practice, and a private 1:1 session for personalized support. You’ll learn science-based and somatic techniques to calm your nervous system and create safety within your body — the foundation for lasting relief.

Yes. You can participate seated or lying down — all practices are adaptable to your comfort level.

Yes, all group sessions are recorded and shared for replay.
