FOUNDATIONS

Week 1

Build safety and body awareness with gentle, science-informed breathwork & somatic practices. We’ll map your pain and safety signals, practice pacing, and learn simple daily tools.

REGULATE & RELEASE

Week 2

Use breathwork and somatic tools to calm the nervous system and unwind tension patterns. We’ll work with cadence plus titration and pendulation to move between activation and ease.

INTEGRATE & PLAN

Week 3

Pull everything together and create a personalized, flare-friendly plan. You’ll leave with options for deeper practice, and clear next steps to keep building resilience and reducing pain.
