Breathwork is an intentional & mindful breathing practice. When you begin to breathe with intention, the subconscious mind begins to slow down, giving you access to your inner world and the subconscious mind. This creates a space for the body to relax & heal physically, mentally, & energetically.
It's not a one size fits all approach. Each session varies in music and style but typically involves a combination of breath and guided meditation as we work with the energetic body... where the magic happens!
I will guide you in a way that feels safe and supportive using a combination of Reiki, breathwork, movement, sound, music, and visualization.
Breathwork helps raise your vibration, gets you feeling energized, and promotes overall good health and well-being. You will begin to reset the nervous system and experience an overall state of bliss and relaxation.
