I create a safe, non-triggering space that honors your personal journey. Trauma-informed breathwork allows you to release stored emotions gently and at your own pace.

Do I need any special equipment?

Nope! Just a quiet space, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to breathe deeply. A yoga mat or cushion is helpful but not required.
