12-Hour Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we have implemented the following cancellation and late arrival policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than five minutes late for any session, you will be considered a no-show, your appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be given. For group sessions, doors will close five minutes after the session has started.
